My name is Laura, and I’m a Virginia State-Certified Postpartum Doula and Advanced Newborn Care Specialist. I provide support to families throughout Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland.

With 20 years of experience caring for newborns and infants, I combine hands-on expertise with specialized training to help you to rest, recover, feel empowered, and navigate the first year with your baby with ease.

As a mom myself, I understand how tender and vulnerable those early days can feel, and how essential safe, trustworthy care truly is.

Because I’m both a Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist, I’m able to support both you and your baby, providing postpartum care alongside specialized newborn care.

That means one trusted person tending to your recovery, rest, and emotional well-being, while also caring for your newborn’s feeding, soothing, and early sleep needs. Families get truly comprehensive support, wherever they need it most.
