Invest in yourself with rest, recovery & personalized support
Inviting someone into your home during the postpartum period is a deeply personal decision. Together, we'll create a personalized care plan that gives you the flexibility to receive the support that's most helpful to your family.
Packages
Care can be booked on a consistent weekly schedule, with specific days reserved, or on a flexible weekly schedule based on availability. If you're unsure which option would work best for your family, I'd be happy to help.
Rates listed below are for singleton care. Please inquire for multiples pricing.
Daytime
Ideal for whole-family support during the day. Hands-on support while you're awake and navigating life with your new baby. Families often choose daytime care when they want help with postpartum recovery, breastfeeding support, hands-on newborn education, household support, or an extra set of hands.
$220 • 4-Hour Shift • Scheduled between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
*Additional daytime hours may be added to any scheduled shift at the rate of $55/hour.
Sunrise
Ideal for an easier start to the day. Extra support after a long night so you can get a little more sleep and ease into your morning. Families often choose sunrise care when they want extra time to rest, shower, eat breakfast, get older children ready for school or daycare, or start the day feeling more prepared.
$275 • 5-Hour Shift • Scheduled from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
*A more budget-friendly alternative to overnight care for families who want extra sleep and hands-on support in the morning.

$495 • 9-Hour Shift • Scheduled from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.
*10-hour overnight shifts are also available for $550, scheduled from 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM.
Not Sure How Much Support You'll Need?
It can be hard to know how much care you'll want before your baby arrives. These sample support schedules can help you get a sense of what different levels of care might look like and what might be a good fit for your family.
A Little Extra Help - For families with an already strong support system who just want a little professional support along the way. 2 shifts per week • 4 weeks
Steady Support - For families who have some support but want a more consistent professional presence throughout the early weeks. 3 shifts per week • 6 weeks
High Support - For families with limited outside help, or those who want a higher level of professional support during the early postpartum period. 4 shifts per week • 8 weeks
Tapered Support - For families who want more professional support immediately after birth and gradually less as they settle in and their needs change. Start with 4 shifts per week → 3 → 2 • 6–12 weeks
Insurance & Employer Benefits
Some families are able to use employer benefits, insurance reimbursement, or HSA/FSA funds to help cover postpartum doula services.
I can provide an itemized invoice for eligible services to assist with reimbursement through your insurance plan or employer benefit program.
Because every plan is different, I recommend contacting your insurance provider or employer to confirm your eligibility, covered services, and reimbursement requirements.
Please note that payment for services is due according to the terms of your contract. Any reimbursement is handled directly between you and your insurance provider or employer benefit program
